Ashley Church, MS, APC
Every person has a uniquely beautiful story. It is my goal to help my clients work through the hard parts of life and become stronger and more resilient. I believe in the impact of a healthy community and living well in relationship to others as positive sources of growth. I desire for my clients to feel connected, valued and have a sense of purpose as they work towards their goals.
I am a client-centered therapist utilizing various approaches including solution focused, cognitive behavioral, adlerian, and dialectical behavioral therapy activities. Prior to private practice I was a school counselor for grades K-12. I currently work with children, teens and adults working through concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, parenting strategies, adjusting to unexpected life events and more.
Ashley Church is working under the supervision of Jessica Ringsmuth, LPC, CPCS and under the direction of Ashley Skidmore, LCSW.
