Anna Hutchins, LMSW

Psychotherapist

Everyone deserves a space that is completely dedicated to them. As a therapist, my goal is to provide just that—a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can be your authentic self. I work with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, perfectionism, emotional reactivity, low self-esteem, school challenges, friendship struggles, family conflict, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in working with gifted or high-performing students, who often bring unique strengths, and challenges, into therapy. Regardless of what brings you in, my goal is to provide a space where you can be yourself, explore your emotions, and find new ways to approach life’s obstacles. As a therapist, I primarily draw from a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques. In addition, I regularly integrate play therapy and art therapy, particularly with younger clients, to create a therapy space that is both enjoyable and effective. I also often collaborate with my younger clients’ parents, providing strategies to foster their child’s growth and strengthen family dynamics.

Therapy with me is not just about addressing the tougher parts of life—it’s also about having fun, sharing laughter, recognizing your strengths, and celebrating all of your successes along the way. If you’re in search of a compassionate and positive therapist for yourself or your child/teen, I encourage you to reach out!

Anna is under clinical supervision and direction.
