Ashley Church, MS, LPC

Psychotherapist

Everyone has a unique and special story and deserves to be seen and known. As a therapist, I desire to create a safe space to allow my clients to work through their individual growth goals and navigate any current struggles. It is my belief that no one should walk alone and we grow in relationship and connection to others. I am a licensed professional counselor and will use an integrated approach to our practice that best fits your presenting concerns. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety, OCD and depression, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) for distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, mindful self compassion, and internal family systems (IFS.) I am trauma informed and love to explore the body’s physiological and psychological response to stressors and its impact on daily living - using mindfulness-based stress reduction and movement to ease this burden. I provide client-centered individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults who are working towards individual growth goals. I also enjoy parent coaching for individuals/couples who seek to navigate their ever changing role as a parent. Wherever you may find yourself, I would love to walk alongside you in your journey.
