Becky Mason, MDiv, MS
Becky Mason (she/her) offers individual and group therapy for adults across Georgia in person and via telehealth. Her work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and meeting people exactly where they are—emotionally, spiritually, and practically.
Becky has a special heart for supporting mothers, especially those raising children with additional needs. She understands how parenting can bring deep love and joy, while also opening the door to stress, identity shifts, and emotional overload. Whether it’s navigating burnout, postpartum emotions, or the loneliness that sometimes comes with caregiving, Becky walks alongside her clients with warmth and nonjudgment.
She also works with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, as well as those longing to reconnect with a sense of purpose. Many of Becky’s clients are navigating the aftermath of religious trauma or spiritual harm. She offers a supportive space to untangle and heal from painful experiences related to faith, identity, and community—without pressure or judgment.
Becky brings her whole self: calm presence, clinical wisdom, and a good sense of humor. She believes in the healing power of connection, self-compassion, and laughter. All emotions are welcome in her space.
