Becky Mason, MDiv, MS
Psychotherapist
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.
I offer person-centered, Internal Family Systems–informed therapy for adults (18+), including older adults and caregivers. I specialize in supporting individuals who are healing from spiritual or religious trauma, as well as individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and the unique stressors of parenthood and/or military family life.
I hold a degree in theology alongside my clinical training, which informs my holistic approach to therapy. My work integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a thoughtful understanding of spirituality, meaning, and values. I welcome clients who want to explore how faith, doubt, or spiritual identity intersect with emotional health, relationships, and life transitions. Spiritual integration is always client-led, respectful, and tailored to each individual’s beliefs and background.
I also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. Our sessions will center around your goals, values, and pace, with an emphasis on empowerment and emotional safety. I bring to the therapy space a calm presence, clinical wisdom, and a good sense of humor. I believe in the healing power of connection, self-compassion, and laughter.
