Caroline Spillers, MS

Psychotherapist

With over 11 years of experience as an elementary school counselor, I now focus on providing full-time therapy for children aged five to 18. I have a passion for working with families of neurodivergent children, particularly those with ADHD and anxiety. I’m certified in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and pull techniques from cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), compassion focused therapy (CFT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). I enjoy taking clients outside, bringing art and music into session and have a knack for helping my clients and their families get organized! I run small group summer camps, as well (with my transition to middle school camp being a huge success!). If you're interested in individual therapy or group opportunities for your child, I’d love to connect!

Caroline is an unlicensed clinician working under supervision and direction.
