Psychotherapist

Hello there! My primary goal as a therapist is to help people recognize their inherent worth and find a sense of peace within themselves. If you feel like you’re resisting your life more than embracing it, I would love to support you.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, depression, shame, grief, chronic pain, life transitions, and relationship challenges. As a former personal trainer, I also bring a strong appreciation for the mind–body connection, including nutrition and fitness, into my work when helpful.

In addition to working with adults, I also provide therapy for children and teens. I strive to meet each person exactly where they are, honoring their unique experiences, age, and abilities. With adults, I primarily use person-centered and existential approaches, while my work with children and teens incorporates both indoor and outdoor play.

At the heart of my work is building a relationship grounded in safety and trust. Research consistently shows that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in meaningful change, and that is always my top priority. I love being a therapist because I want to offer people a space to step away from the constant pressures, expectations, and demands of life—and simply be.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”—Carl Rogers
