Tiffany Jones, MS, NCC, LPC
Psychotherapist
Hello! My name is Tiffany Jones (she/her), and I would like to thank you for your interest in learning more about my approach to therapy. I am a licensed holistic psychotherapist who deeply believes that healing begins when we stop chasing perfection and start embracing our real, beautifully messy lives. I work with adolescents, teens, and adults who are ready to explore themselves more fully and build a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and true to who they are.
With a focus on whole-person healing, I integrate existential, experiential, and person-centered therapeutic modalities, always tailored to a client's unique story. My approach is rooted in the belief that we're shaped by more than just what's going on inside us; we're also impacted by culture, community, and lived experience. I offer a space where all of that can be honored.
Using a mind-body-spirit lens, I support clients in reconnecting with themselves, discovering parts they love, accepting the ones they struggle with, and gently exploring the "why" behind long-held beliefs or behaviors. Together, I work with clients to build tools for self-compassion, emotional regulation and resilience, stress management, and personal empowerment, all aligned with their values.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just curious about your next step, you don't have to figure it out alone. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and flexible. You will leave with a personalized wellness plan that reflects who you are and supports the life you want to live.
I am proud to be a culturally competent, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, and I welcome you exactly as you are. Whether you're interested in individual/couples therapy, group therapy, or coaching, this is a space where your full self is safe to show up, be heard, and begin to heal.
